Sometimes just a few words and/or a photo as a Journal Entry are enough. Enough for days. As long as it gives you what you need at that moment - maybe hope, maybe strength, perhaps meaning, clarity.... One word, one photo can change everything. So go for it, don't feel like it's not enough. Maybe it is not so interesting for the outside world, but as long as it's meaningful to you, that is all that matters.
