2/365 COMMITMENT ISSUES (take one)

-practice self-care

-define what healthy relationship means to you

-know your support system

-trust your instincts

This is my first take on the subject of "commitment issues" where I explored just one side of it - how to start the healing process if it happens that you are the one who is hurting due to this problem in any relationship.

These are just my thoughts. For any meaningful support please check in with your mental health expert.

Our invented concept of time makes me dizzy.

I like to forget about it and just be... feeling like I have all (the time) in the world, doing nothing, just "killing time".

These are some of my thoughts about time. It is absurd how much we dwell and mourn the time which has passed just because we can't stop counting minutes, hours, years...
