i’m the director of customer support for a clothing retailer and the irlmerch shit shows always make me die a little but also at the same time make me hope they’ll start looking for a cx strategy consultant and give me money to do that

ahahaha you WISH. martyn refuses to hire the 2nd person for customer service (UK shop), so half of the emails aren't left unanswered. and that should have been done after the 1st post-hiatus customer service disaster in late 2023. cx strategy consultant! i think martyn would rather die, i'm so sorry 😭
