Dear Ocean,

I apologize for not coming to see you for the last few years.I was looking at you from the window of the house but i did not have the courage to meet you, feel you.You contained my most painful feelings which prevented me from coming to you.There were unspeakable rates in my mind.i caused you a pain because I had pain, we humans are always do this we run from what give us pain.i am sorry for that.we avoid the things and places where we had past. But we all have to laugh where we had cried.The feelings I had for you have always been and will always be.No one can come between now.I will not punish you for other things.Now I am infront of you. U taught me to love and let go ... And I have given selfless love and care to all...now I have no regrets....I m at peace...

When people died they throw thier things in you of who died, to let them go, things connected with their feelings they throw in you for peace of thier mind and heart....and you drink this sorrow in peace.The unbearable pain is hidden in you.Yet you give people a positive attitude with your waves.u give us happiness.u give us peace.We all needs to be like u free, wild and deep.thats why I have always love you. 🐿️

yes there is love in staring at each other's eyes, noticing the deep caramel of an iris dilating with happiness, holding hands, hugging, writing letters, and cooking together. but i think it takes courage and a heart as deep as an ocean to address someone's problems without judging and without jumping to conclusions. there is so much love in listening and taking the time. even if you don't understand the mental illness your friend opened up about, or someone's tiring work schedule, if you sit down with it for a while and choose to learn and understand about it for them... i think that's what matters and that's what the world needs more of.
