Have you ever done a liver cleanse? I just finished transitioning out of the simplified 369 cleanse by medical medium! These are some pics of some of the recipes. You may have seen them on stories. I look forward to integrating more of these in my daily life. It was a really powerful cleanse avoiding fats, salt, and other foods like dairy, gluten, caffeine etc. There was lot of raw food which can be hard for me to digest sometimes but it certainly was cleansing! This is why I did the simplified version so I could add in some warm foods to balance and I had herbal teas as well. I feel really good after a lot lighter and clearer! I am ready to embrace the spring season and all it brings. Spring is a great time to cleanse the liver and gallbladder being associated with the wood element representing the spring season. I highly recommend this cleanse or something even simpler like starting your day with lemon or lime water! These days we can all benefit and cleansing on some level. Changing of any season is really the best time. Just like all of nature is changing and growing so are we. It is amazing how far we have come in one year!
