Happy New Year! I hope you all had a wonderful holiday season. Looking back on 2022 it was another challenging year for many. There were certainly lots of blessings too but on a lot of levels life has been interesting to say the least. I certainly had my fair share of challenges in 2022. But somehow we have all made it through. If you are reading this that means you are still here and moving through the ups and downs of life. I feel there has been a mass exodus lately of people leaving the earth with their work done until the next incarnation. It is up to those that remain to continue to carry the light through the darkness of the world. No matter what you have gone through in the past year you get a fresh start starting tomorrow. What will you do with this opportunity? What intentions are you setting forth for 2023? What small changes can you make in your life? Think of 3 steps that you can take to see your intentions fulfilled. Is there some sort of ritual or ceremony that you do at the end of the year before we head into a new one? It can be something as simple as taking time to write in a journal. Any way that works for you go within to get the answers that you desire. Sometimes that is all we need to reset and recharge before we move forward in life. Maybe take a bath, a walk in the woods, have a ceremonial fire, play an instrument, meditate, or anyway that you can get quiet and be still. This is what winter is all about, All of nature slows down and we can take the opportunity to do so as well. Despite all that we have gone through we can find comfort in the lessons we have learned and be grateful to be alive on this earth at this wild time to be present. I am certainly grateful for all of your support this year. For every one who I saw as a client or came to one of my classes or workshops, or purchased a product from me I appreciate you so much! I feel truly blessed to be able to do what I love helping others to heal by using holistic healing, chinese medicine, plant based living, and nature connection. I look forward to working together more in 2023 where we can find ways to be what we want to be. #happynewyear #newyear #newyearintentions (at Middletown, Connecticut) https://www.instagram.com/p/Cm2Pr9EpD5g/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
