Coconut Hemp Peanut Butter Bar
Never one to accept the ordinary for long... I knew I have to have a little fun with our SimplyProtein Whey Bars. While deliciously flavorful and chewy on their own, I couldn't help experiment with more healthful, Thrival-ful, possibilities.
1 Coconut SImplyProtein Whey Bar (15g protein only 150 calories, 5g fiber and only 4g sugar - love that!)
2 tsp. organic natural peanut butter (warm to be able to drizzle it)
1 pinch unsweet coconut flakes, to dust over the peanut butter drizzle
2 tsp hulled hemp seeds, to sprinkle over
Is your mouth watering yet? Mine is! I could eat this one every day. Keep the peanut butter in check so you don't throw in too many extra calories.
