So I spent the majority of my evening either starting or finishing up college applications since they are due Nov. 30. But I've been checking out Christian colleges and I think I want to attend Simpson University in Redding, CA. It's about 2 hrs. and 45 min. from where my home is, so when I need Mom and Dad, they are in driving distance. I totally procrastinated filling out college applications, but I am so happy I stumbled upon Simpson. It's an intimate Christian college and they carry Journalism and Communications. I know God has a plan for me, and I feel in order for Him to carry out the plan, I need to help Him out by having a college diploma. Most people haven't heard of this college, but that's okay. As long as I am getting an education ad thriving in the area that I need to, I know God is going to guide me through. I haven't told my parents yet and I know they're going to be upset because I want to live on campus and that no one even knows where Simpson is and what it is about. So help me God. And whoever reads this, please pray for me that I get into a good college. I'd really appreciate it. ☺
