There was uproar on the Internet because of a recent episode of The Simpsons. In a flashback in the episode “Do Pizza Bots Dream of Electric Guitars?”, it shows Homer as a 14-year-old in the 90's.
This all made me think, and a sudden realization blew my mind. Thanks to the floating timeline, the characters birth date keeps moving forward. That means that over many years on air, the Simpson family moved from being Gen X to being Millennials and now some members of the family are Gen Z.
Considering that recent episodes take place in 2021, that means that Bart Simpson, a ten year old, was born in 2011, and that Lisa, that is eight years old, was born in 2013.
F-ing Maggie Simpson is a one year baby, which places her birth around 2020!!!
