I highly recommend these mods!

Simler90′s mods change your sims everyday life and thereby give you a new game experience. I have a few favourites. His STR - LTR Mod works great with Almighty Hat’s It's The Proportion Aging mod, because sims take longer to make friends and requires them to interact with them, so they stay friends. Business Outfit Fix is useful for any business with uniforms. New Turn ons fixes and updates the whole attraction system.

And the number one best of the best is the Biotech Station. It adds a ton of new features and fixes the way the object works.

The mods are also easily adjustable, so if you don’t like the default numbers, you can change them in SimPe without a problem.

Want to have multiple copies of the books your sims write? I did.

I tried this hack, and it works like a charm. My sim now has five copies of his book “Freester’s Folly”. There might be an easier way, but I don’t know it. This did the trick for me and it was really easy.

I’ve always been hesitant to put my sim’s only copy of their books up for sale in their bookstores using the Sellable Novels mod by kestrellyn (aka faiuwle) on MTS HERE.
