The neighborhood actually includes lots for every sub-hood in the Sims 1. In this version all lots are empty. I recently-ish rebuilt all Sims 1 lots in the Sims 4 and I am not ready to do that all-over in the Sims 2 right now. 😅
You can download the decorated neighborhood with empty lots here. (to install place in your Neighborhoods folder. Make sure to check you do not have another neighborhood with this name instance (B407) before placing it in the folder, or you might lose another neighborhood.)
If you want to start Old Town from scratch, you can install the SC4 terrain and start a new neighborhood with this terrain. (To install place the folder in your SC4Terrains folder. If you already have a terrain called Old Town, I think it should be safe to just rename this one, so you don’t lose the other!)
Here is a list of the CC I used:
Numenor: Maxis ‘Lost & Found’ #9: Waterfall & River
Criquette:
Lush (Temperate) Road DR & Neighborhood Road Transparency Fix
Road bridges set
Ultimate railway set
Haut-gothique: Age of Empires 3 conversions - part 1
Psychosims: Maxis Lost & Found - Plesiosaur
And lastly these are the images I made for reference during this project, they might be useful if you want to make your own version or complete this neighborhood with Sims 1 builds.
(Studiotown was rotated 90 degrees counter-clockwise in the final neighborhood layout compared to the top-view image above)
Big thanks to Teoalida for making this super usefull info sheet!
I have a Sim for you today. @lenarosic88 asked for Bunny the Dancer, after I uploaded Chip. I hope you like her. :)
Her outfit is a new mesh made by me, feel free to recolour/ retexture/ fix it since it has no morphs.
Please use CleanInstaller for all the stuff you don’t want (the necklace is the same as Chip’s so if you already have it there is no need to install it.)
