After posting the last screenshots and @aroundthesims Sandy saying I have a lot of community lots I thought I would expose my full addiction/problem with community lots. Well not fully, just this one area of my world, lol. I think this comes from the days of Sims 2 when you had an entire neighbourhood as your shopping district and my Sims spent most of their time there. I never did mind the loading screens and I wish there was a way we could have them visit another neighbourhood just for shopping in Sims 3 too. Yes I use traveller and they go away to my other worlds for a few days but not just for a shopping trip. No you don't want to see all my shopping areas in all the worlds hahaha.
I actually blame @aroundthesims for making such good CC that I have to give it a home, lol.
Yes all my cc is in merged packages, otherwise I'd never be able to run my world. I also have them in collections so that I can take the flags off them to not show in build/buy mode. No my game isn't slow or jerky.
Now you know why I make all these shop signs and windows, etc. Building is my favourite part of the game.

aka a grocery store. I have more than this one as there are no roads and not all my families have horses to get from place to place fast - or they only have the on horse and someone is already using it - so I have I think about two in different areas.

I needed some public buildings for my medieval world - so.. here come some rabbit holes! LOL
