Pay to give bottle & change diaper

Now our sims will have to pay 5$ to give bottle to babies and toddlers and 5$ to change diaper.

Make a mess (New Toddler interaction)

A new autonomous interaction called "Make a mess". Toddlers will put piles of trash all over the floor. Yes, this is totally inspired from the sims 4.
