𝔹𝕣𝕒𝕟𝕕𝕟𝕖𝕨 𝕆𝕣𝕥𝕙𝕠𝕤𝕖𝕤 for your Sims

Did you know that there are WHO standards for prosthetics and orthotics? 🌟

Yesterday was International Prosthetics and Orthotics Day (IPO), which highlights the importance of prosthetics and orthotics for people with mobility impairments.

After introducing you to a set from last year yesterday, today I would like to introduce you to my latest, highly anticipated set: consisting of a Knee Ankle Foot Orthosis (KAFO) and an Ankle Foot Orthosis (AFO) for adults - both in 14 great colours! 🎨🌟💫🌟🎨

Let's work together to raise awareness of disease and disability, add diversity to the Sims, and maybe put a smile on the face of one or two orthosis wearers when they see themselves in their favourite game! 🌈

And there's more! More orthotics for kids, toddlers and infants will follow in the next few days.

Wusstest du schon, dass es WHO-Standards für Prothesen und Orthesen gibt? 🌟

Gestern war der internationale Tag der Prothesen und Orthesen (IPO), der auf die Bedeutung von Prothesen und Orthesen für Menschen mit Mobilitätseinschränkungen aufmerksam macht.

Ich möchte euch heute mein neuestes, heiß ersehntes Set vorstellen: bestehend aus einer Knie-Knöchel-Fuß-Orthesen (KAFOs) und einer Knöchel-Fuß-Orthese (AFO) für Erwachsene – beide in 14 tollen Farben! 🎨🌟💫🌟🎨

Lasst uns gemeinsam das Bewusstsein für Krankheiten und Behinderungen stärken, den Sims mehr Vielfalt verleihen und vielleicht auch dem einen oder anderen Orthesenträger ein Lächeln ins Gesicht zaubern, wenn er sich in seinem Lieblingsspiel wiederfindet! 🌈

“Do you know SMA?” campaign for Sims

August is SMA Awareness Month – and I’m excited to present the first of four Sims sets created in collaboration with @smaselfempowered. 🧡

As part of the “Kennst du SMA?” campaign, people living with spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) shared a sentence describing what SMA means to them – paired with a pencil-drawn portrait. These powerful posts were originally shared on social media … and now, they’re coming to the Sims! 🎮🖼️

Set 1 features statements from Svenja, Jasmin, Leonie, Sara and Thomas.

Three more sets will follow throughout the month.

✨ For more inclusion. More visibility. And more real voices in virtual spaces.
