Today marks the final chapter of this project: Set 4 of 4 – and I’m deeply moved, grateful, and proud to have brought it to life together with smaselfempowered. 🧡

Four sets. Twenty-one portraits. Twenty-one personal glimpses into life with SMA – captured in quotes and images that are so much more than just pixels.

All released as CC for The Sims 4 – because true representation deserves a place in the virtual world, too. 🎮🖼️

August is all about raising awareness for SMA – and today our little journey continues with Set 3 of 4, created together with @smaselfempowered for The Sims 4. 🧡

Five more voices, five new portraits – and so much personality.

Behind every quote is a person with their own story, experiences, and a unique perspective on life with SMA.

Set 3 features the statements of Leonie, Sandy , Sara , Klaus  and Thomas.

One final set is still to come – with six more faces and stories to share.

Last year, I created two cute Sims 4 sweaters for toddlers to honor SMA Awareness Month – one with a dino and one with a fairy design. Someone I love fights SMA.🦖🧚

💛 Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA) is a rare genetic condition that affects muscle strength and mobility. With this CC, I want to bring a little more visibility and warmth to those affected and their families – even in the virtual world.

As part of the “Kennst du SMA?” campaign, people living with spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) shared a sentence describing what SMA means to them – paired with a pencil-drawn portrait. These powerful posts were originally shared on social media … and now, they’re coming to the Sims! 🎮🖼️
