Skyla Brady is your average girl with a few twist and kinks. She always puts on a brave face and is often hard to read. There are few that are close to her and fewer that she trusts. Growing up her parents were very sheltering and instant that she follow in their footsteps. Her father shoved the idea of law school down her throat all her life. He was constantly pushing and prepping her in school so that she would follow the same path as he did. Skyla’s mother while supportive of this decision always knew her daughter had different desires. She knew that Skyla was interested in arts and crafts and wanted to show her own expressions through art.
Her mother dared never speak out against her father. He was very short tempered and would often yell. He was very much emotionally abusive against the girls even if no physical. Due to the oppression she felt as a teenager Skyla left home at the age of eighteen. She took the first roommate posting that she saw which lead her to Sylas.
