Today I’m finally sharing a project I’ve been working on for a long time. This medieval town is my personal love letter to all The Sims 4 CC creators — none of this would have been possible without you.
Originally this lot wasn’t meant to be released, but I loved the final result and decided to share it with you ❤️
This is a medieval town inspired by European half-timbered houses of the Late Middle Ages and Early Renaissance. I focused on making it not only beautiful, but also functional — with period-appropriate (or fantasy-medieval) businesses and activities.
The lot is divided into three districts:
Inn with tavern, stables and guest rooms
Peasant house with windmill and watermill
Cemetery (to recreate the fog from, turn on the resized Spooky Stuff lanterns hidden around the cemetery)
Market stalls with vegetables and fish
Church, several two-story houses, bakery, workshop and chandler’s shop
Bathhouse with tavern and rooms upstairs
Houses with ground-floor workshops (apothecary, blacksmith, jeweler)
Artist’s house with studio on the second floor
The main highlight — a stunning Gothic-Tudor mansion with a luxurious basement bathhouse inspired by Roman thermae and oriental hammams.
World: Built for Henford-on-Bagley, but looks great in Ravenwood and Windenburg
Game version: 1.121.372.1020
Required cheat: bb.moveobjects on
This build is very heavy and contains a lot of Custom Content (including older mods). It is recommended for powerful PCs only.
Before placing the lot, please:
Update your mods via Sims 4 Studio (especially the High School Years bed fix)
Run all fixes + DX11 fix if needed
Test on an empty save first
All objects have been tested and function correctly.
