- 20x30, built on The Shipping Views lot in Evergreen Harbor.
- 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, outdoor living space, and even monkey bars for lil ones! Everything needed for a toddler included.
- You NEED to enable moveobjects on, showhiddenobjects, and showliveeditobjects in order for everything to show up correctly! I used quite a few debug items.
- There is ONE piece of CC, this washtub , by K9DB on ModTheSims. It’s a little bathtub made from the washtub that came with Laundry Day. If you don’t want to download it, there is a bathtub in one of the bathrooms for toddler/pet bathing needs.
