Hey all! Been a while! But I’m here with a cute home based on houses in my own neighborhood where I live in South Florida. :) It’s simple, cute, and cozy. Find the tray files here  or you can download it on the gallery @madibushea!

- no cc, but I used pretty freely from all packs

Shop Chef & Retail Therapy Mods

The retail aspect of the Sims comes with many restrictions which, in my opinion, really limits gameplay. I created the Shop Chef & Retail Therapy mods in hopes of fixing that! All items can be used on any lot, at any time, without the need for NPCs and only requires the base game. Items are given in-theme functionality to add a level of realism.

There are three different mods: Shop Chef Ingredients, Shop Chef Consumables, and Retail Therapy. The idea of this was to split out the various functions so I could update them individually as needed. 

Shop Chef Consumables allows you to buy ready to eat (consumable) food

Shop Chef Ingredients allows you to buy ingredients (fish, fruit, veggies, herbs, etc)

Retail Therapy is everything else such as medicine, upgrade parts, crystals, and items allowing to purchase everything (cash register, retail shelves)

Presenting Castaway’s Bar and Grill, a cc-free restaurant! Located in Sulani, this little gem is family owned and operated, so it has that cozy, intimate feel to it. Download it on the gallery @madibushea or get the tray files here. Enjoy!!

- custom menu featuring the food items we got with Island Living, plus custom outfits for chefs, waiters, and hosts! management is pretty relaxed, so shorts and sandals are allowed for their employees 

- features a dining area, outdoor bar, fully equipped chef’s kitchen, a little sitting area, a game table, an area for performers/entertainers (gotta put a spotlight on some local talent!), and even a swing-set for those little ones (or adults) to keep themselves entertained while parents are at the bar 

- also has a bathroom, bc duh 

- please don’t claim this lot as your own, or reupload it, or link directly to sfs, or put this post behind a paywall

A little cottage I made for my personal save file I’m working on and I lovezzz it. I might make a no-cc version, since this one is jam packed with CC *shrug*

Hey friends! Today I built an off-the-grid home with NO CC! This home is perfect for an extended family. There’s 2 double beds, a tent, and a bedroom with a single bed designed as a kid’s room. And there is supplies for a pet kitty. :) This home has lots of eco-friendly skill building items for any sims’ taste. The few on-the-grid items in this build are powered by the windmill. The little pond built next to the home functions as a pool! Download the home here (tray files), or find it on my gallery page @madibushea!

- technically 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, but there is room for 7 sims and a pet!

Ok so funny story time. Apparently (I didn’t know this), kids can set the science experiment table on fire??? I was in the middle of taking pics when lil miss Olive Tinker decided to experiment, and blew the thing up.

Been putting in some work on my personal save file where I’m literally rebuilding every single lot, but with as much CC as I want since it’s for me to use lol. Anyway this sim is cute; her name is Nani.

I tried to make some simplistic wall art with watercolor leaves. It’s been tested in game and adds just a pop of color to a room. Hope you enjoy!

- 20x30, built on The Shipping Views lot in Evergreen Harbor.

- 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, outdoor living space, and even monkey bars for lil ones! Everything needed for a toddler included. 

- You NEED to enable moveobjects on, showhiddenobjects, and showliveeditobjects in order for everything to show up correctly! I used quite a few debug items. 

- There is ONE piece of CC, this washtub , by K9DB on ModTheSims. It’s a little bathtub made from the washtub that came with Laundry Day. If you don’t want to download it, there is a bathtub in one of the bathrooms for toddler/pet bathing needs.

This is the Seabring family! Get it...cause they live on the docks...by the sea...

I made them for my Lil Container Home, which I’m actually super proud of how it came out! :3 

We have siblings Owen and Abby, Owen’s wife Phoenix and their son Devon, and Abby’s son Zane. Zane sleeps in his auntie and uncle’s container, with his big cousin Devon of course! Abby’s container is a bittt too small to fit a toddler in there too. 

The only CC I used for them is this skinblend by @ufotrait, these default eyes by @puderosasims, and these lashes by @kijiko-sims ofc. You don’t need them, but I highly recommend. You can find this lil family on my gallery @ madibushea. <3 make sure you check the “include custom content” box.

***If you download the lashes, download kijiko’s No Eyelashes Mod in order for the lashes to show up correctly.

Laundry Day Kitchen from simsza

6 New Add-ons for the Sims 4 Laundry Day Stuff.

This set has been put off for so long but I am happy it’s now finished and I can share it with you! The Sims 4 can always use more kitchen cabinets and counters. I was inspired when Laundry Day came out to make a companion kitchen. There also were no matching barstools for this pack so I added them in as well. Hope you all love it and happy simming!

Details:

Six new objects (Wicker Whims Barstool, Dutch Hutch Cabinet, Odd Ends Counter, Two Dutch Hutch Fridge Surrounds, & Odd Ends Island)

Each item includes all original swatches
