I can’t wait to see how it is going to work out! I think Abe has the balls to see her for what she is, seeing they’re oddly similar on many levels. I never paired her up with someone who had so much in common with her, so it’s gotta be interesting!

He does! I could never make a male sim that looks this young and innocent, even my girls tend to have rather brutal faces, so Abe is an eye-candy :3 A poisonous one though. I wonder if they can manage to outdo one another, haha!

Thank you <3 I edited the eyes in this one, aka brightened them up a bit. I looked up that trick from @lyrea. Pretty much white brash on new layer + overlay mode for that new layer.

Thank you! I’m so torn now though, since I made yet another editing yesterday, which I personally like more, but you all like this one ;_____; But I haven’t posted that one yet. Tweaking sims is always a torture.

No, it’s not weird at all! I’m glad I can be even a little bit inspirational, cuz I think for me personally the reason why I couldn’t move on for so long was that most people around me were the kind who brings down everything and they really enjoyed seeing me depressed. Which they are saying openly to me now, like ‘you were so much more deep, dark and mysterious before’ and stuff like that. Which shocked me a lot at first, especially since people and contacts are 80% of what I do for a living, but like... the point is you enjoying yourself, since no one else can live your life for you, right? Sometimes you just gotta rethink things and set the right filters and it makes stuff so much better. I think main problem is that idea of dealing with depression, like what you read online and what people tell you, is that the problem is you and you gotta ‘start from yourself and be a new you.’ But I personally don’t believe in such thing. Like, there’s only one you, it’s just the situations and consequences and all kinds of other bullshit and you simply get lost in it. So most of the time the problem is what you do and who’re you doing it for. I’m a horrible people pleaser, I always want to be good for everyone and make people feel special and comfortable and it’s easy to forget along the way what are you doing it for and what’s the whole point. So you just gotta step back and take the time to ‘update your system’ and clean out the junk. Hope you don’t mind me publishing!

I learned by piecing together Sims 2 tutorials and Sims 3 ones. -_- It took me a long time to learn with frustrating resolces and a lot of giving up. This would be helpful for those that want to learn seeing there is no real beginners guide.

Totally agree with that! I learned making shoes by learning to make Accessories. And hair by looking up sims 2 tutorials. The modthesims tutorials are amazing as well, but it’s just hard to understand if you have no knowledge about making CC at all. At least it was for me. But a lot of problems I got, like black spots on clothing and all, I didn’t know why it was there or even how to fix it and there was simply no tutorial or anything that told me how to fix it. So when I got more into the meshing, and creating CC, I taught most things myself on how to fix it or how to actually create it. Like, adding custom bones. I recently taught that myself because there is simply no tutorial on it. Though there is for the sims 4. But you’re getting kind of tired to ask other people around how to fix this or that, at least, that’s what I had because it frustrated me that I couldn’t fix it myself.

It is a great idea, but it's not like you can really open Milkshape or Blender and start meshing. You'll start from tutorials for those programs, unless you really know them. It took me over a week to make a simple box at first.

I watched a tutorial from a guy who was one of the creators on Blender self, so I knew the basics pretty fast! I will put the link to that video to it. Though the advanced level of Blender is something I had to figure out myself, or through tutorials. Milkshape on the other hand, I couldn’t get used to. I still can’t mesh with it. I just like to have a 3D view in a way Blender has. Like, clicking on stuff and be able to edit it in this 3D view thingy. I know some things about the plugins though, but that too me such a long time to understand what they were for. But I will definitely add some Blender tips and Milkshape tips in my own tutorials ^-^
