Hello everyone, Giuliabuilds here!
We've just got the new Industrial Loft Kit, so the first thing I did was... Obviously building a Modern Industrial Loft with it eheh, made with no CC! It’s built on a 30x30 lot in San Myshuno in the Spice District, with one bedroom and 2 bathrooms (and possibly room for more bedrooms). It also has a lovely backyard and of course an industrial feel throughout :) I’ve used no CC gallery art by: Evarotky, Cicosims, xxsarina_27xx or Sarinasims, Fruitloops40, Cribea9 and Catatron16.
It’s CC free and all the packs I’ve used are listed down below + all the instructions to download it.

How to download:
Choose the mirror you prefer between SimFileShare and Google Drive (both ad-free).
Download the file and unzip it.
Place all the files in your Tray folder (…Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray).
That’s it! Load your game and this lot will be in your gallery ✨❣
