My Horseman 4x5 camera shown with Sinar 90mm lens

It takes 4" x 5" sheet film.

The L frames can be angled both ways, this acts like a "tilt shift" lens ... to either increase or decrease depth of field. The bellows in and out are used to focus, you can shoot to infinity, or opening up the bellows to shoot macro.

The 4x5" is considered large format, though on the smallest side of "large format"
