The morning after more than two months my order arrived from Japan after an eternity between customs and DHL deliveries (It arrived in perfect condition, like new). Unfortunately I do not know why it is not licensed in more countries other than Japan, not even in English, it is a last since Sinbad no Bouken is a very good prequel to Magi. (Series that was on Netflix but I removed it from its catalog ; o ;) The rest are the volumes of Magi from 1-16, these being in Spanish and the last four still unread and in their bag.

Lately, i cannot help but notice the similarities between Sinbad and a Disney's classic character, Captain Hook.

In particular:

1. Both of them have amazing sword skills:

2. Their best profile is 3/4

3. They both have a right hand man with white hair

4.They are in charge of a crew

5. They confuse their crew A LOT

6. They have their personal troll

...

And now i cannot stop thinking about Sinbad with a pair of moustache.

I drew this when I first started reading/watching Sinbad no Bouken. Back when it was 5 episodes of OVA, when no series was planned, and my only hope of continuing was to find it online and read the crud out of it. I was so happy to finally get animated Jafar and Kikiriku! They are precious :3 Art by OP
