"What if Lori and Luan Loud sang A Friend is a Friend?" by me.
While "The Loud House" currently doesn't have a live show for obvious reasons like the overuse of swearing and other content inappropriate for anyone under 13 years old, or even 10 or 11 (depending on the census), here's how I thought Luan would've sung "A Friend is a Friend" with Lori.
[ROUGH LYRICS I THOUGHT OF]
Lori: ♪I picked each song with care for our live show. I did it all the best I knew how.♪
♪You told me that you had a song to sing, I just said no. I didn't want to hear about your cow.♪
Luan: Um, it's a water buffalo.
♪Oh, Lori, what I did was a disaster! Three times I told some jokes that no one loved.♪
♪I was sure I could do a better job all by myself, but now I need my sister I have loved.♪
♪A friend is a friend who will tell you stories and help you brush your tooth.♪
♪A friend is a friend with will give you courage when you have to kiss your Great-aunt Ruth.♪
Lori: ♪A friend is a friend who will do all they can to help you make your first live show.♪
♪Oh, a friend is a friend is a friend is a friend, don't you know?♪
(We see Lori and Luan in black tuxedos and top hats. Their dance routine could be similar to what Lori did with Lucy and The Mortician's Club in "Ghosted!", but without Lori bald-headed.)
♪They’ll get you out of a jam!♪
Luan: ♪They’ll get you out of a scrap!♪
Lori: ♪They’ll always laugh at your jokes!♪
Luan: ♪Even if they're um…♪
(Music stops)
♪…crap.♪
(Music resumes)
Lori: (Glares at Luan) Luan!
Luan: ♪And if you're feeling real low…♪
Lori: ♪And if you're starting to stress.♪
Luan: ♪A friend will even let you wear their favorite dress!♪
Lori: They better not be one of my dresses!
Luan: Nope. Someone else's.
Lori: Okay, then I'll accept. And you wanna know why?
Luan: Why?
Lori: Because…
♪A friend is a friend is a friend is a friend.♪
Luan: ♪A friend is a friend is a friend to the end.♪
Lori: ♪A friend will attend, recommend and defend.♪
(Music stops)
Luan: Because…
(Music resumes)
Lori and Luan: ♪A friend is a friend is a friend is a friend is a friend.♪♪

♪When I couldn't find you anywhere at all… I thought I'd have to carry on alone all by myself, even though I'm only four feet tall.♪
Luan: ♪Oh, Lincoln, I was on the verge of dying. I thought that I'd be sent up above.♪
♪You see, I can make it by without telling any jokes, but not without my brother I have loved.♪

While not a lot of people know this, there was a Christmas album for "Animaniacs" titled, "Animaniacs: A Hip-Hopera Christmas". And in turn, there was an audio book based on "A Christmas Plotz" that predated this obscure album. For the hip-hop version of Dot's "Ghost of Christmas Present" song, I thought about incorporating the "Oogie Boogie Song" via rapping. So yeah, while Dot sings, Oogie Boogie Background Singer sings and raps with and without Dot during his lines. Down below are the lyrics I've thought up when I was experimenting with the music in the early 2010s. I've made two sets of how I would envision this duet, so feel free to comment which version you prefer.
[LYRICS (VERSION 1)]
Oogie Boogie Background Singer: (Steps out of the box) Well, well, well! What have we here? Mr. Plotz, huh? OH! I'm really scared!
(Songs starts)
So you're the one everyone's been hating for so long! (Evilly laughs) Let's finishhh him off.
Dot (Spoken): ♪I'm the Ghost of Christmas Present. The here and now.♪
Dot (Sung): ♪We've come to you, will come to Ralph's house with me!♪
Dot (Spoken): ♪Mr. Plotz! Whether to want to go or not!♪
Oogie Boogie Background Singer (Rapping): ♪You're joking! You're joking! I can't believe me eyes!♪
♪You're joking me, you've gotta be! (you've gotta be!)♪

♪This can't be the right guy! [No, no!]♪

♪He's ancient!♪
♪He's ugly!♪
♪Now I don't know which is worse.♪
♪But I might just split a seam now if I don't die laughing first.♪
♪Now, Mister Oogie Boogie said, there's trouble close at hand! You better pay attention now, 'cause I'm the Boogie Man!♪
♪Mr. Plotz! Whether to want to go or not!♪
♪And if you aren't shaking, there's something very wrong!♪
♪'Cause this may be the last time, you hear the Boogie song.♪
DANCE!
(Instrumental solo)
♪Well, if I'm feeling antsy, and I've nothing much to do, I might just cook a special batch of Snake and Spider Stew!♪
♪And, don't you know the one thing would make it work so nice? A roly-poly...♪
Dot (Spoken): ♪Mr. Plotz!♪
Oogie Boogie Background Singer (Rapping): ♪To add a little spice!♪
