#GhostBridge from @singinriver. This #ImperialStout not only has a pretty rad label, the beer is pretty good too. The nose is full of huge dark fruit aromas, that borderline on almost overpowering. There are some roasted coffee/chocolate notes as well, but the fruity vibe is strong. Cocoa and roasted malts are more pronounced in the the flavor, but that strong cherry/prune/raisin flavor is still there. Mouthfeel is much better than I anticipated, with a nice stickiness that lingers for days. This is a great offering from the brewery up in Florence, and honestly, it's my favorite from them. If you've contemplated buying this one for the awesome can design, do it, the beer is good! That being said, the aroma makes this a polarizing example of the style, so let me know what you guys think.
