Imperial Red / Double IPA

Our West Coast Amber - on steroids.  Call it a “Big Amber”. Call it a “Malty Pale Ale”.  Call it whatever you want, then order one and enjoy. This hop forward offering is brewed on a solid foundation of Pale, Caramel, Chocolate and Munich malts.

OG: 1.075, IBU: 62, ABV: 7.5%

American Pale Ale

Our well-balanced take on a classic beer style. Falconer’s Flight 7 C’s provides the characteristic citrus aroma and accompanies a blend of four select grains creating an easy drinking, flavorful brew. 

OG: 1.053, IBU: 44, ABV: 5.3%

SnowShoe 2013

Brewed with the Iowa Games SnowShoe competitors in mind, this Winter Ale is a bit of a warmer at 6.3% ABV.  Roastiness mingles with hints of coffee, chocolate, caramel and a nice hoppy bitterness in this daring yet very drinkable selection

OG: 1.063, IBU: 58,  ABV: 6.3%

American Wheat

A bold, clean flavored brew built upon a base of Brewers 2-Row and White Wheat.  Hopped with Willamette and Cascade.  To squeeze or not to squeeze, that is the question.  

OG: 1.059, IBU: 31,  ABV: 5.6%

Medium malt character, but the hops are the story here. A more than hearty dosage of hops throughout the boil and then again following fermentation. This one is heavy on hop aroma, flavor and bitterness. 

OG: 1.074, IBU: 78,  ABV: 7.2%

American IPA

Medium malt character, but the hops are the story here. A more than hearty dosage of hops throughout the boil and then again following fermentation. This one is heavy on hop aroma, flavor and bitterness. 

OG: 1.074, IBU: 78,  ABV: 7.2%

Belgian Witbier

Our interpretation of the traditional Belgian Wheat style.  Brewed with Pilsner Malt and a healthy dose of wheat and oats.  Spiced with orange peel and coriander.

OG: 1.049, IBU: 19, ABV: 4.6%

Concrete Bar Top

Yesterday the concrete bar top was poured into the form. It will sit and "cure" for 2 weeks and then it will get flipped over and installed. Here is a short video of the bar top being tapped around the edge after the concrete was added.
