Cocoa Mint Milk Stout (Milk Stout) - Tulip (13 oz) - $5 The utilization of Cacao Nibs, Sidecar Coffee Roasters Espresso and organically grown mint leaf make this Milk Stout a true original. Milk Stouts begin more sweet than the standard American Stout and this one is no exception. A full bodied, creamy beer carrying with it wave upon wave of joyous flavor. Happy Holidays! Clementine - Tulip (13 oz) - $5 The convergence of two great beer styles. Belgian Tripel mingles with American IPA in the new-fashioned ale. Hops contribute tropical fruit and citrus aromatics. Belgian yeast chimes in with complex flavor and fragrance - fruity, spicy and a touch earthy. The finish is mighty, bitter and crisp. OG: 1.072, IBU: 52, ABV: 7.9%

Cargose Shorts - Pilsener (14.5 oz) - $5 “If I had pockets on my shorts I’d carry one of these beers in each.” That’s what we want you to think after trying this beer for the first time. Coriander and Sea Salt contribute a cool factor to this gently tart kettle sour. Feel free to enjoy no matter what your lower half is clothed in, there are no rules here. Tip the Cow (Espresso Infused Milk Stout) - Tulip (13 oz) - $5 Have you ever reveled in the essence of a chocolate-covered espresso bean? How about in form of a beer? Here is your shot. This full bodied, creamy, Milk Stout has been touched by the gentle hand of Sidecar Coffee Roasters. A rich, but smooth option, boasting notes of roast and cocoa right alongside velvety sweetness. #TipOne OG: 1.075, IBU: 28, ABV: 6.2%

Victory Dance (American IPA) - Tulip (16 oz) - $5 Brewer Shirts may not have been discarded, BrewHouse backflips not attempted, but don’t think we aren’t dancing in our own little way. Not so much that we lost either our or this beers balance though. A tropical, citrusy, floral blend of hops brings you hints of apricot, peach and grapefruit. Crisp and refreshingly refreshing. Group Hugs all around. OG: 1.058, IBU: 67, ABV: 6.7%

It’s Cocoa. It’s Mint. It’s Espresso. It’s Milk Stout. You got it, Cocoa Mint Milk Stout 2016 is here! We are cheerily pouring in our Tap Room as of, well right now! This once a year offering is truly one of our favorites. We begin with our beloved Milk Stout recipe (Tip the Cow), which already includes locally roasted (Sidecar Coffee) espresso and Ecuadorian cacao nibs. What sets this offering apart is the mint. We cold steep just enough poundage to give this beer an edge, but not overpower the existing base.

We hope you enjoy it this season as much as we do.

Save the Whalez, Bro - The Black Friday Edition (Session Stout) Pub (16 oz) - $4 Always sessionable. Always $4. We have loaded this American Stout with flaked oats and barley, allowing the body of the beer to hold strong with an ABV residing just under 5%. Cedar Ridge Distillery was kind enough to donate a little bourbon soaked oak to the cause as well. Enjoy, and as always, THANK YOU for helping us save another ‘whale’. OG: 1.048, IBU: 33, ABV: 4.9%

Long Ride is paved with American two-row barley; Vienna and English Crystal malts. Mosaic and El Dorado hops add fruity aromas and flavors. American Ale yeast delivers a clean finish that allows the malt and hops to both shine through. IBU: 54, ABV: 5.7%
