And here's the first song I had ever written. Written during the 2012 Republican Primary about how hateful everything was getting and what do you know, it's even more relevant now. Anyways, here's the song all my friends make fun of me for because they're fuckin dicks.
Instrumental of the newest song and the last one for the EP. Still don't have vox for it. Poppy as fuck for now at least. Once I have lyrics for it we'll see how it goes from there. Leads are a tad loud. I'll fix that whenever I start working on it again.
Torrented mastering software is giving me problems so I'm gonna buy it on Friday once I get paid. Then I can actually start makin shit sound halfway decent. Also, I will always and forever hate my voice. Clean or rough. So anyways, out of frustration, here's an un-mastered version of The Game. Just some volume level fuxing.
Just recorded vox for the three songs I have lyrics fully written for. God fucking dammit I hate my clean voice. I'm damn near tone deaf, granted, it probably would have gone better if I recorded the cleans first before I got all gravely from harsh in the other two and a half songs >.> anyways, I'm gonna work on the processing for the three songs when I get to Josh's so he can tell me I'm doing everything wrong and tell me how to actually do stuff since I'm pretty much flailing around in the dark atm.
Anyways, for the moment, I think The Game is my fav of the songs I've written. Stolen comes in a close second, but when I get vocals down I think Horizon will be better. It's super upbeat and honestly, I need positivity like that in my life atm.
Gonna see if I can get drums written and guitar/bass recorded for Stolen. Then all I'll have left to do is record vox for everything (gotta finish lyrics for God Forbid and Horizon first) and then mix and master. Recorded guitars for Sinking and God Forbid and bass for God Forbid today. Hell yea, we movin right along yo
