Abuse of any kind, whether it's physical, emotional, mental or even sexual, I will get very upset

Assault, physical AND sexual, I come from a family that is very modest and pretty much pins it on the victim for whatever misconduct is emphasized.

Abusive Relationships

Ableism, because I have high-functioning autism and to know that disabled people are denied the services they need makes me very depressed and angry

Suicide, self-explanatory to some degree. Self-harm is also tied in with this.

I really really REALLY really really hate violent flashes.

One second, everything's fine. The next, I walk past something that is REMOTELY dangerous to the human eye and all of a sudden, I imagine how I can either hurt myself OR others with said object. And at the end of the day, when I'm asleep (even if I have the best day eeeeevvvveeeeeeerrrr: best day ever, no Spongebob? Okay), I will end up dreaming about the mosy grisly ways possible I could die.

Of course, I never act upon these flashes or thoughts. I think this is stemmed from my experiences with violence and intimidation when I was younger. Now with high school and being doubtful of people I call "friends", one could say this spikes the flashes, it DOES.

If anyone else has flashes of violent things,

Please tell me how to stop them

Or at the very least, make them less... often.
