What australian podcasts would you recommend? o: I only know of Casefile!

There's really only the two that I know of, unfortunately: 

Casefile, which you’ve already named - truly, truly excellent and I recommend to anyone who likes true crime. Some of the episodes have stuck with me for weeks. I couldn't sleep after listening to the Katherine Knight or Peter Falcanio episodes, and the Daniel Morcombe episode - with him using the actual audio of that 'interview' - that really fucking got to me. 

And Meshel Laurie, who I constantly love, hosts Australian True Crime - not as good and less episodes, but it's pretty decent. It is part of Mia Freedman's network which I KNOW, I KNOW - but Mia does not seem to be any part of it. Which is good.

If anyone else has any strayan murder podcast recs, please feel free to throw them my way.

Couldn’t it just be something as simple as the fact that Nishiki’s face isn’t known to the general public like Kaneki’s is as a traitor of the CCG? So Nishiki’s can pass as a regular bloke buying a hamburger?

Yeah that’s definitely possible! but I was more thinking along the lines that if Kaneki knew, 1) he would tell Touka that human food won’t work because her body will absorb the foetus and 2) if they tried it anyway, Kaneki probably would have asked Tsukiyama to organise it... and we know what Shuu is like. It would be the finest gourmet cuisine :’D

Many years ago a friend and I decided to watch the Australian live action drama called H2O: Just Add Water. What started as a joke ended in us becoming horribly emotionally attached to the characters and their totally relatable plight of being teenage mermaids to two twenty year old college art students.

OMG I used to watch that too, it was on after school! good shit good shit :’D

just wanted to say my family soaks fruit cake in rum, i had no idea vodka was a thing omg

Ooh, rum sounds good! ‘v’ ye our kitchen almost always has a bottle of vodka (if I remember right my mother uses Absolut) for occasional fruitcake shotglass refills; I don’t think we’ve ever used it when me & my mom have made drinks, and I’ve gotten additional vodka without remembering we technically have some at home, so I think there’s a designated bottle that’s pretty much exclusively Fruitcake Fuel

THIS IS SUCH A COMPLIMENT HONESTLY?  I’m so glad that even if kpop isn’t your thing you can still enjoy the METRIC SHIT TON of kpop I reblog.
