Today has not been a good day for me. I've been in so much pain. It starts to go away and then comes back stronger. I've gotten out of bed only to <tmi>.
One plus side: The last time I checked my blood sugar it was in the normal range.

I used a neti pot for the first time yesterday and i regret to report that they do, in fact, do an amazing job at clearing congestion out. I wasn't convinced it was better than a nasal spray, but a nasal spray and steam treatment didn't loosen anything up in my face today and a neti treatment got all the gunk out immediately
So here I am, officially recommending neti pots. Just uh...
Don't breathe in thru your nose when you use it
Heat up your distilled water 15-20 seconds in the microwave to roughly body temperature. Too cold or too hot will be unpleasant! (Tip courtesy of @kinthulou)
