Harrison, Nebraska by Jordan McAlister Via Flickr: Harrison is the county seat of the huge Sioux County, which is located in the northwestern corner of the Nebraska Panhandle. The town has less than 300 residents, and the county is made up mostly of miles and miles of rolling grass covered hills. Sioux County has more square miles than people. This is the view coming into town from the south on Nebraska State Highway 29.
