I wrote, directed, produced, animated, and edited this piece almost entirely all on my own, and all in a very short amount of time. I sat down with my client, Arent Fox LLP, who told me that they needed a short, 1-2 minute piece that could stand as a compelling summary and call to action for the timely campaign launch of the Sioux Wind Energy Project, which was being launched and featured at last week's prestigious Clinton Global Initiative (2013). We first sat together and went over the many, many details of the project's history, legal strategy, and broader themes. Originally, we had planned to edit existing video footage, but it quickly became clear that we could tell the bigger, more compelling story by assembling a narrated piece backed by dynamic, illustrative animations and select video clips. This piece represents my most advanced compositing and animation work to date.
