As promised, my spicy roasted crab marinade recipe and Emma Reichart Gewürztraminer tasting notes: These spicy marinaded and roasted snow crab legs [for one pound of crab legs: one stick of kerrygold garlic butter, 1 small Serrano pepper finely minced, 2 cloves garlic minced, of 1/2 cup of We Rub You spicy Korean marinade, 1/2 cup of gochujang sauce, 5 slices of pickled fennel and 2 slices of pickled watermelon from Mouth Foods (with 2 tablespoons of juice from both), 1 tablespoon chile flakes, 1 tablespoon chili paste, 1 tablespoon Captain Kidd’s seafood seasoning, juice of two limes, 1 tablespoon schricha one small red onion sliced and 1 tablespoon black pepper] are paired with this German white wine with perfection.
Paired with Emma Reichart Gewürztraminer [honeyed almond, grilled pineapple, crushed white florals and toasted baking spices].
