You've got to be fucking kidding me. Of course, he had the shit luck of running into one of Kaido's Tobiroppo before the rest of their allies had even made it to Wano. What the hell she was even doing in this area of the country was beyond him and yet here she was. Her presence drawing the attention of one of his crewmates not because of who she was but her beauty from the look on the idiot's face. A look that earned him a swift kick under the table even as he lifted his drink to his lips.

He knew he shouldn't have agreed to allow his crew to experience the pleasures of the red district. This was a goddamn nightmare. If their cover was blown because of him he'd never hear the fucking end of it from Straw Hat.

Mihawk knew that he was being bold, and was also risking the wrath of the Empress in front of him, but he also knew that she had called for him for a reason; the only reason that the Stone Empress ever called for a man was for her own pleasure.

Moving up behind her with careful strides, Mihawk wrapped his arms around her waist loosely, zoning in on the side of her neck as he began to trail soft kisses along her side of her throat; making sure his grip on her was loose so that she could pull away when she was ready.

He may be a man accepting his hormones and their desires to be used by the Empress, but he was also one that had common sense and knew that she would always be the one in charge in situations like this.

A small smile pulled at his lips as his gaze shifted towards their guest before he rose. "It certainly can be. One moment."

Long strides carried him into the ship's kitchen, his robes fluttering around his ankles as the wood of his shoes made the normal clicking sound that marked his arrival wherever he went. He could have changed his attire he supposed, but in truth had never had a desire to do so. This was what he was comfortable in after all.

Retrieving a bottle of sake and two cups he returned to the small area that was set up as a seating area on his crew's ship. The flooring was that of tatami, another hallmark of his homeland and a design his men had insisted on adding on his behalf. Settling back down across from her he offered her a cup before pouring out a serving for her and then himself. "So, where is it that you wish to go? I've been ordered to ensure you reach which ever port it is safely by my captain."

He'd been gone longer than he'd planned. Far longer. Shirahoshi needing more guidance than her father had originally thought she'd need in learning to control her power and then exploring just what she could do outside of communing with the sea kings. To the point that he'd taken her far into the depths of the sea, to the places where only the sea kings ruled and even fishmen didn't dare enter.

A place where time became lost to the endless currents of the sea and no new reached.

For the first time in a long time he regretted goin there. In the past he'd go without thought. Vanishing from the world for days, years, or decades. Uncaring of what happened high above the waves. That had all been before her though.

Reaching the shore of Amazon Lily he shifted. Shooting through a secret underwater tunnel that brought him beyond the gates and right into the center of the island before rising above the water and walking out onto the shore. Gaze instantly taking in the destruction that Black Beard had left in his wake before looking for her. Panic like he'd never known gripping his heart.

It was strange, being in a land that he felt so at ease in and yet it not being his own home. Few islands he'd visited thus far in search of Lumi had reminded me of their home as much as this one. Even the wine here tasted like home. A fact that had a small smile pulling at his lips as he took another drink from his wine jug, using the moment to scan the area around him.

The next moment his hand shot out, easily catching the elbow of the teal-haired female and pulling her out of the way of an out of control cart. Spinning them so that it was his own clothing that was splattered in mud. Gaze watching the cart for a moment before turned back to her. "Are you ok?"
