Annabelle spotted Sirius sitting on a stool at the end of the bar. Muggle places were a frequent adventure destination for the two over the summers since they were brave enough to disobey their parents in such a way. No one batted an eye that the two wanted to spend time together, not at first, at least. They had been betrothed for a long time and while neither of them had wanted to get married, they did enjoy one another’s company.
Making her way quietly up behind him, Anna put her hands over his eyes from behind, a smile on her face. “Guess who, Siri-poo.” She said in a sing-song tone. And yes, she was going to wait for his response. What fun would it be to miss out on whatever clever answer he’d come back with? It was only just 7:02, which meant the brunette was 3 minutes earlier than her normal 5 minute tardiness. But, maybe that’s because she was worried about Sirius. That he really had left and she wasn’t sure that she was prepared for that.
