They’re the collective owners of Casinopolis, the most famous—and most corrupt—casino in the Casino Nights Zone. It’s an open secret that they deal in all things illegal—weapons, tech, chaos drives, reprogrammed bots, even Chao Racing.
As for their unofficial fourth member, Manic was intended to be sent to Mushroom Hill Zone for safety when his parents were captured by Robotnik, but was intercepted by Team Hooligan. Though they intended to hold Manic for ransom, they absolutely adore him and call him their collective ‘son’. As seen in the second pic, it took them a while to figure out how to actually raise a kid. Bark did a lot of the actual parenting back then lol
