Well...they aren't :'D All the actors (of the main girls), besides Noora, are actually under 18 I think, in season 1 :P Ulrikke/Vilde is 19 this year.

It's for sure SK but they are pronounced more like SH. Skjorte (shirt) *shorte* All SKJ turns into SH and SK stays SK.
