YVES KLEIN // the last artists in our art history weekend is Yves Klein. He was a leading member of the artistic movement Nouveau Realisme. He created a lot of monochrome art works in ultramarine, magenta and gold like paintings or sculptures. Because he thought the blue pigments he used became dull after a while, he developed his own blue color recipe known as IKB (International Klein Blue). Das war ne Nacht. Diese Grippe nervt. Ich konnte kaum schlafen, Luca kämpft schon die 3. Woche mit den Viren und Bommel hat mich mit einer schlimmen Magenverstimmung auf Trab gehalten. Ich bin allerdings trotzdem so motiviert aus Berlin wiedergekommen, dass ich jetzt gleich lauter gesunde Sachen kaufe und das strikt durchziehe. Ich hab mir gerade das H.A.P.P.Y. Programm aus der Tasche gekramt und Rezeptideen gesucht. Außerdem hat mich Amiena Zylla von @yoga_pilates_amiena so sehr begeistert und inspiriert dass ich alter Hibbel vorm Fernseher damit einsteigen werde. Wenn's ganz schlecht läuft für Euch...lass ich Euch vielleicht sogar mal bei meinen äußerst kunstvollen Bewegungen und Figuren zugucken (ein Traum 😂)....kommt gut in den Montag und ich kann Euch wirklich nur empfehlen mal einen Blick in die H.A.P.P.Y. Challenge von @alpro zu werfen.
