Yet the cycle of nature is our balance and as we embrace it we become whole. Our emotions are our nature, intrinsically weaving the self to all that surrounds us. We are never separate to it, we just become detached and contained on an insular level. To find balance we must plug back into the self. Tapping into the emotions fully. It can be overwhelming at first as we embrace the rawness of their freedom. But as they balance out we find completeness and align to the nature around us.
