Any headcannons on what you think the three (four, hi Yuri) Lord's would behave and act around Sitri is she was somehow alive, but instead of remaining at the church she and Jeralt did flee like in game and came back with Byleth as a professor, and Jeralt as the captain once more... Maybe Sitri was designated to be one the three houses/students den/house mother? I need some Sitri in my life, she did not deserve to just be the dead mom of three houses 😭

Dimitri and Edie would be absolutely perfect manners at all times. In part because that's just how they were raised, for Edie in part so she doesn't draw attention, and because they both have huge crushes and if that's what Byleth looks like when she's older then WOAH MAMA! It's basically half "I'm royalty and act like it" and half "I'm a disaster with feelings". Also Sitri is unfailingly kind to them and they want to return that. She's so full of love, it makes them soft

Yuri is charming beyond belief, batting eyelashes and making compliments left and right. Sitri is the wife of a living legends, she's got to know a lot of people and Yuri is always up for new connections. Also, she's a dear and makes him feel protective, not to mention that it's hilarious to watch Dima and Edie fall all over each other to please her when you really just have to be nice. And Yuri is very good at playing nice when he has to. And even better when he wants to (Sitri makes him want to).

Claude is probably torn between ADORING Sitri and being absolutely TERRIFIED by her. Byleth can already read him better than anyone and if she got that from her mother then Sitri can probably tell him things about himself he didn't know. But she's such a sweetheart he can't help but sit with her for tea and ask for all the juicy details about Byleth as a child and Jeralt's escapades.

Sitri is sweet and attentive and makes everyone feel like they matter, no matter how much they may hate themselves, and they feel at ease around her. She's not really the Academy mom but...she's a lot like Byleth, only softer and less eagle eyed, and the students adore Byleth so of course they adore Sitri too.

The reason Sitri is dead cause if she were alive and able to bond with all the students the war wouldn't start cause she'd give El and Dima the disappointed mom look and have them sit with her to help discuss their problems and work through their issues. And they comply because Sitri is disappointed with them and no one wants to disappoint her.

Sitri looks a little sad and everyone cleans up their act immediately because no, she has to smile always!!!

So I just got this idea. After the final battle of Cinder Shadows route everyone is ready to leave & gtfo Byleth goes up to see her mother and feels something. Claude calls her "Teach u ready?" She's about to turn to leave & faints on the spot. She wakes in one of the Monastery gardens & sees her mother. Sitri doesn't say anything. She walks to her daughter, gives a big bright smile & hugs her. Byleth returns it. She wakes up surrounded her worry students with a single tear going down her face.

*sniff* beautiful!!! Sitri stays long enough to hug her daughter before she passes on in peace...my heart! ❤️

Two small amendments tho, the first time she cries should still be Jeralt's death cuz that's such a huge thing for her. I'd rather she gets to hug her mother and wakes up smiling.

And then, can we have Claude catch her when she falls and cradling her when she wakes up? Because I'm weak for that shit :3

Sitri has said to have very fragile body. Okay but if she was weak physically, Jeralt said once to Byleth how their mother was smart. So smart. This give me the impression of Sitri might very good in tactics or just might very good at reading people. Imagine Claude playing chess alone, getting bored and ask sitri to play with him. Sitri being a sweetheart, say yes and then beat his ass in the game.

Oh I like that, just Claude and Sitri bonding over their mutual talent for strategy while Byleth and Jeralt watch from the sidelines cuz they're better at tactics and love their partners very much

Pt1 of Sitri alive au idea, Byleth is born still as a still born and Sitri asks Rhea to remove her Crest and place it into Byleth, Sothis has a slight awakening while being pulled from Sitri causing her a scare that freezes time and has her and Sitri speak to one another, Sitri explaining her fate and her desire to save her daughter, has Sothis even in her weaken state split parts of her power between mother and daughter with the removal of the crest stone saving sitri

Now with Sitri a thing, I can't help but imagine in the little brother/son au for Cyril with Byleth little bro Cyril being upset for Byleth and Jeralts behalfs during the DLC events especially when he hears how much Jeralt and Sitri love each other and Byleth resembling her. Adopted son Cyril calling Sitri grandma (and Jeralt grandpa) as he leaves and cleans Sitri and Jeralts shared graves stones during the time skip telling them about what's been up and how he knows Byleth will come back

Oh oh oh, and Cyril hearing all these stories about Sitri and Jeralt and then watching Byleth and Claude post time skip and it just clicks in his head before it does for anyone else and now Cyril is basically wing man #1, makes sure they end up alone more often than not and drops some unsubtle hints. Every day they don't get it he complains to Jeralt and Sitri and it's like they're actually there. They may be dead but somehow they're still his only allies in this xD

i wonder how Sitri is when she's angry. Like here is the angel like woman but when something really upset her, she is a force to be reckoned. I like to headcanon she has a very mischievous side and can roast people with third degree burn.

She's probably the kind of person who isn't angry, she's disappointed. And that's worse.

But if someone threatens her loved ones she can probably throw a fire ball that would make Lysithea proud.
