It’s Organic Grenache Gris Day! This is made by SiurAlta from Montsant, Spain. • • The vineyard is planted in yellow clay at an altitude of over 760m in the Montsant Mountains. The grapes are hand-harvested, whole-cluster presses after macerating with skins for 4 days. The juice is then aged for 12 months in puncheons and Amphora. The wine is bottled unfined/unfiltered and has a total of 22 mg/L of sulfur. • • This wine is all about the pit fruits and crunchy minerals.
