This rosé Cava from Barcelona, Spain is 85% Garnacha and 15% Pinot Noir. It's salmon in color and on the nose there's aromas of strawberries, lemon, whipped cream, and little bit of peach and toast. It's light and foamy on the palate with a bright acidity and soft tannin. All of the aromas on the nose return on the palate to create quite a delicious sparkling rosé for the price. Assinar um clube de vinhos tem algumas vantagens como, por exemplo, conhecer vinhos que eu, por mim mesmo, talvez nunca comprasse... . Um exemplo é este espanhol, “Tesoro de Bullas” da pequena e, até então desconhecida para mim, DO Bullas. Um tinto 100% Monastrell, sem passagem por barricas, da @BodegasDelRosario que chegou na seleção de janeiro do #ClubeWine da @WineVinhos. . Coloração rubi intensa na taça. Notas de frutas negras, amora e cassis, com um toque de mentol e violeta. Na boca tem muita fruta, corpo médio-alto e álcool evidente. A acidez é moderada e tem taninos macios, de baixa intensidade. . Um vinho de pouca complexidade e curta persistência, para ser bebido jovem e sem muitas pretensões. Não é meu estilo de vinho mas valeu a pena conhecer.
