The first time I heard this song I knew it was meant for Walliver. Whenever I listen to it I just think of their first kiss. I picture them in the treehouse and Oliver finally saying he loves Wally and the what are you waiting for part plays and Wally leans in to kiss oliver. Just the whole. It just reminds me of them falling for each other so much and so fast that it’s scares them, yet it’s supposed to happen. “What are you waiting for?” lyric is what seals the deal for me on this because what were they waiting for? It was so obvious they loved each other.

Because this is a song Wally would write for Oliver. Okay they fell in love officially at 17 and 16?? 17 and 17. Something like that it’s been four years okay. Anyways the real love story didn’t happen until Wally was 18. Technically Wally loved Oliver at the age of 5, and they did meet on a playground, but he fell in love again at 18. The lyrics are just perfect for them. About their young love and wanting this love forever.

This song fits Wally because to me, it seems like the song is about a man, he is all broken because of someone and is describing that he’s starting to possibly discover new feelings, but he doesn’t know how great of a guy he can be with a new girl (guy) since he’s so messed up and heartbroken, but she (he) can have what’s left of him, which fits wally.

No one knew that they were falling for each other behind the scenes. No one knew the things they did, or how they truly. While a lot people wanted them together there were other’s who didn’t. No matter what anyone said their love for each other grew and it was bound to come out one day. And when it did..it was..amazing. I’m so emotional.
