“The sixth night of Hanukkah? Why this night, specifically, JJ?” Sirius asked, amused.

“Because…everyone always wants to do the first or the eighth night. This’ll be our tradition. We’ll have to especially celebrate the sixth night.”

Sirius and Remus exchanged a glance, both trying to hide amused smirks. “No more of Alphard’s scotch for you, ok?”

“Why? I’m fine.” James said, laughing. “I get my best ideas when we have scotch.”

“Fine. The sixth night of Hanukkah will be our thing, ok? We’ll always celebrate that one together.”

“You heard it, Remus. You have to hold him to it.” James said, holding up his glass.

Remus clinked it. “I will. You have my word.”

Sixth Night Of Chanukkah

okay, well - one last post before vacation, because the sixth night is my favorite night of Chanukkah! Why? Because on the sixth night of Hanukkah 7 years ago, my best friend and I got married. Our marriage has had it's ups and downs, that's for sure. But hard work and an amazing amount of love has brought us to today. There is no one else on this planet I would want to spend forever with besides this amazing man 💝
