Beet & Herbed Goat Cheese Salad, Rainbow Trout. Sixty Vines. Plano, Texas. 12.28.2020.
NOTE TO SELF: The ratio of beets to goat cheese should be about even, given the dish’s name, but that wasn’t the case. They should call it a beet salad and list goat cheese as an ingredient. That said, if they had done that, I wouln’t have ordered it and missed out on a pretty good, healthy salad. The trout was good, but I forced myself to eat that (raw) broccoli slaw. I mostly liked this meal because I feel like I deserve to lose weight for eating it.
