Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 2 tablespoons paprika. 1 tablespoon onion powder. 1 tablespoon garlic powder. 1 tablespoon dried thyme. 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper. 1 teaspoon black pepper. 1 teaspoon salt. 2 tablespoons olive oil.
Instructions: To make the spice blend that turns food black, mix paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, dried thyme, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt in a small bowl. For even coverage on both sides, coat each chicken breast with the spice mix. In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
