Ingredients: 4 chicken breasts. 2 tablespoons paprika. 1 tablespoon garlic powder. 1 tablespoon onion powder. 1 tablespoon dried oregano. 1 tablespoon dried thyme. 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper. Salt to taste. Pepper to taste. 4 tablespoons butter. 4 cloves garlic, minced. Juice of 1 lemon. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley.
Instructions: Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat. In a small bowl, mix together paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Season chicken breasts with the spice mixture, ensuring both sides are well coated. Place chicken breasts in the hot skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and blackened. While chicken is cooking, melt butter in a separate skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic to the melted butter and saut for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Once chicken is cooked, remove from skillet and place on a serving plate. Pour garlic lemon butter over the chicken breasts. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the chicken. Garnish with chopped parsley. Serve hot and enjoy!
