Been a while since I was here. So here’s what has been going on. I’ve moved into a new place, and have had to manage much more than I am typically used to. It has been difficult. I’ve been broke most of the time, only affording rent and bare minimum for food. This has put me in a rather unfortunate mental state, and while I understand that it may not excuse the delays and lack of communication about skaia.io proper, I feel that the elaboration was necessary. These past few days I have been making progress, however. Here is an outline of what I’ve done.
First. There’s a new domain you will want to keep an eye on. skaia.online. This is primarily a mail server. Skaia.io related emails will be sent from here. This leads me to my second piece of information. The code-search period for skaia.io is over. I will be releasing the remaining keys at some point in the future. This will come before, during, or shortly after the site redesign to reflect final aesthetics. I’m thinking clouds and sburb-style interfaces. Users who entered a real email address will be notified via email when skaia.io returns in it’s new form. Currently, the site is shut down while it’s worked on.
Thirdly, there’s an additional purpose to skaia.online. play.skaia.online, a minecraft modpack server with a focus around the minestuck modpack by @minestuckmod. This is not directly related to skaia.io, but I have to give you something. skaia.io beta participants will be given access to the pack in it’s current alpha form via the technic launcher platform, if they ask. They will have a direct say in the direction of this pack going forward. Please email admin [at] skaia.online for additional information. Be ready to provide information to confirm your beta eligibility.
