It wasn't dr. Skrulle, it was the two women outside her office while isak was waiting to see Dr. Skrulle. 😊

I've copied the transcript from this page and according to that, the two women are saying:

Magnus enters.

Magnus: (off screen) Who’s bipolar? My mom is bipolar as well.

M: She’s not crazy, she’s bipolar.

I: Because he is- Everything’s been bullshit from his side.

I: He’s been manic.

M: You’ve been with him for a long time, he’s not been manic all the time. At least when my mom is manic, it’s like *waves hand in front of his face* I can’t get any contact with her. You’ve gotten a lot of contact with Even.

I: Yeah, but Sonja said that he’s ben manic all the time.

M: Who’s Sonja?

I: His ex.

*Magnus scoffs*

M: So you- So you believe- trust that his ex says that he doesn’t have feelings for you? That’s smart, Isak, best thing I’ve heard today! Wow! Wow. You have to ask Even how he feels. He’s not brain-dead just because he had a manic episode. Just talk to him when he’s calmed down.

J: You’re actually pretty cool, Mags.

M: Oh, you just figured that out?

J: Yeah.
